Unless otherwise specified, we shall deliver your order using an international postal Express Mail Service (EMS).
Delivery fee will be charged differently depending on the ordered items' weight and your location (country) as well. You also can estimate the delivery fee when you visit on epost.go.kr (https://ems.epost.go.kr/front.EmsDelivery09.postal?langtype=en).
If you have your own delivery system or agent in South Korea, we will deliver to your agent for free regardless of quantity you ordered.
You will be held responsible for international shipments which may be subject to import duties and taxes. Please be advised that these charges are levied by the destination country and we do not have control over them.
In case that you refuses to receive the package of product, the order will be returned to Korea and will not be re-shiped. Relevant expenses, such as round-trip shipping, customes, etc., will be deducted from the refund. If the expenses excess the refund amount, we will ask you to pay the difference.
Please take into consideration that we only accept qualifying returns but not exchanges.
An item is eligible for cancellation if:
1. you posted a Return Request within 24 hours of payment and your order does not begin to deliver;
2. the order is delayed for more than 10 days after making a payment completely and you have not received any notification regarding the delay;
3. the ordered item is out of stock.
Returns
We accept return(s) if:
1. you receive a product different from your order;
2. you receive a defective product.
Return Instructions
1. Post a Return Request on our Return Forum within 3 days of receipt. You are required to attach the photos of the received item(s) and the reason for the return.
2. Our Customer Service Representative will be in contact to assist you by email.
3. The returned item(s) must be in their original condition, which includes tags and any packaging.
Please remind:
1. Returns are accepted ONLY if you followed the instructions above and your return request has been approved by us.
2. Returns that are shipped to us any prior consent are not accepted.
3. EVEN the defective/incorrect item(s) must be returned with all of the tags and labels intact. The item(s) must be sent in their original packaging and unworn.
4. Shipping fee for any return caused by our fault will be paid by us. If EMS' cash on delivery is not possible then you can scan the return receipt and mail it with the item to return or post an image of it on the forum. The shipping fee will be refunded once the returned item has arrived.
We do not accept return(s) if:
1. you are returning the items just because you changed your mind (on size, color, ect.);
2. the items are damaged due to your mishandling;
3. your return request is not approved by us.
The following items are not considered defective if:
1. the items are originally manufactured without tags or labels;
2. the creases of items are made while shipping.
If there is a missing item from your order, please contact our Customer Service Center by email or by posting on forum within 1 day of delivery.
It takes 3-5 business days to issue a refund for a returned or cancelled order.
Refund money will be transferred your bank account include remittance charge. Please give us your bank account information when you ask refund.
